Chorizo Tacos & Paloma Week

Taco Tuesday is back, and this week’s specialty tacos deserve your attention.

We’re serving Chorizo Tacos with Guacamole Salsa — flavorful, slightly spicy chorizo topped with a fresh guacamole salsa that cools everything down just enough without taking away the kick.

As always, the specialty tacos come with complimentary homemade chips & salsa, because life is simply better when there is salsa involved. And yes, our Juan Margaritas are still $3.95 with food purchase. No tiny cups, no weird catch, just a solid margarita with actual food.

This week is also Paloma Week, which feels appropriate given the weather. For every Paloma sold, we’ll donate $2 to Second Chance Kitchen.

For those of you who do not know, Second Chance Kitchen is our nonprofit focused on providing healthy, nutritious meals to unhoused neighbors here in Memphis. Food insecurity is real, and access to fresh, thoughtfully prepared meals should not be a luxury. Every Paloma this week helps us continue that work.

So basically:

One of our favorite things about Global Café is still watching people from completely different backgrounds sit at the same table over tacos, margaritas, Sudanese tea, arepas, and conversations that probably would not have happened otherwise. In a world that feels increasingly divided, that matters.
